Parking was easy and shuttle drivers were extremely helpful with our belongings including two car seats. No one rushed us at 5am when we dropped off our vehicle or 7pm the next week when we picked up. The car wash was a major bonus :)

I love that the shuttle picks you up at your own car, usually within seconds or only a minute or two of arrival. I also have rarely had to wait more than a minute or two upon returning to Houston. Service is consistent and reliable.
